You are on the paid plan and a copy of this recording is backed up online in your account. It stays private until you publish or share a link.

You are on the free plan. A copy may still be backed up if you chose backup. The file stays private unless you publish or share a link (sharing usually needs Pro).

This file lives only in this browser on this computer or phone. Use Pro backup or open Screenzor on the device where you originally saved it.

Quick start

On a shared recording, turn on Review Mode from watch settings. The recording enters an in-review state.

Go to /record. Sign in if prompted. Choose a tab, window, or entire screen when the browser asks what to share.

Turn on your microphone and, when supported, tab or system audio. Presentation mode adds an optional camera bubble with blur and shape options.

Set audio and camera

Choose a recording preset (tutorial, meeting, and more) or set quality from 720p up to 4K on Pro. A countdown can run before capture starts.

Use the recorder panel or floating toolbar to pause, annotate, toggle presentation layout, and save screenshots without stopping the video.

When you stop, preview the take. Save to your library, download a file, or publish a watch link when your plan allows sharing.

Go to /record and choose the tab, window, or screen you want to share.

After you pick a source, you can save a screenshot once Screenzor has a live preview. You do not need to wait for the countdown if you only want a still.

Start recording or stay armed

Click "Save screenshot" in the recorder panel or the camera button on the floating toolbar. Shortcut: Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + P. Your recording keeps running.

Each screenshot is saved as a PNG with a timestamped title. Open Library and switch to the Screenshots tab. Pro subscribers also get account backup when cloud sync is enabled.

Find it in your library

"Save screenshot from preview" grabs one more frame from the finished video. Open any screenshot in Edit Studio to crop, filter, or export. Transcription is for video and audio only, not screenshots.

Open Share on the watch page or recorder finish screen. Publishing uploads the recording and creates a public watch URL. Viewers do not need an account.

Choose public, open (anyone with link), or restricted (signed-in collaborators only) when your plan supports it.

Copy the watch URL, grab embed code, or share to social channels from the share modal.

Signed-in collaborators can leave timestamped comments, emoji reactions, and likes. Activity surfaces in the notification bell and Messages page.
