The rules for using Screenzor.

Using Screenzor

By using Screenzor, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.

Screenzor lets you record your screen, manage recordings, edit, share, and collaborate. Features may change over time.

Who can use Screenzor

Screenzor is not for children under 16 (under 13 with a parent's consent).

Your account

Some features work without an account. Others need sign-in.

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Tell us if you think someone else accessed your account.

Your content

You own the recordings and content you create.

You give Screenzor permission to store and show your content only as needed to run the service.

You are responsible for what you record and share, and for getting permission from people in your recordings.

What you cannot do

Do not use Screenzor to:

  • Break the law or harm others.
  • Record or share content without permission.
  • Attack, abuse, or overload the service.
  • Upload malware or bypass security on shared recordings.

Free and paid plans

Free use includes local recording on your device.

Pro adds features like cloud backup, HD recording, and publishing. See our Pricing page for details.

Paid plans are billed through Paystack. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. See Refunds and cancellation below for billing help.

Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel your paid plan at any time from Settings or by emailing us. Canceling stops future charges. You keep paid features until your current billing period ends. Canceling does not refund money you already paid.

We review every refund request individually. We may refund if you were charged the wrong amount, charged twice, or a Screenzor problem stopped you from using paid features and we could not fix it in time.

We usually do not refund for changing your mind after paying, not using the service during your paid period, or forgetting to cancel before your plan renews.

Email screenzor.io@gmail.com with your account email, Paystack payment reference, and why you need help. Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank.

We try to reply within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds usually show up in 5–14 business days; Paystack and your bank control final timing.

Sharing recordings

When you publish a recording, anyone with the link can view it based on your settings.

Do not publish sensitive information unless you mean to. You can unpublish or delete recordings anytime.

Service limits

Screenzor is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be perfect or that recordings will never be lost, especially if you only store them locally without backup.

We may suspend accounts that break these Terms. You can stop using Screenzor at any time.

These Terms follow the laws of South Africa.
